Shipping Policy

Overview

Sindrox Technology ships all orders from our primary fulfilment centre in New Delhi. We partner with reliable Indian logistics carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post) to ensure fast, trackable, and secure delivery of your peripherals and apparel across the country.

1. Geographical Coverage

• Coverage: Pan-India delivery covering ~26,000 PIN codes across 28 States & 8 Union Territories.
• Metro & Tier-1/2 Cities: Served via express surface and air logistics (Delhivery & Bluedart).
• Remote / Hilly / Island Regions: Served via India Post (e.g. parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep).

2. Shipping Options, Fees & Timelines

*Express Metro Shipping is available for select PIN codes in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai for orders placed before 12:00 PM IST.*

3. Packaging Standards

• Peripherals & Electronics: Shipped in double-walled corrugated boxes with bubble wrap and foam inserts.
• Monitors: Shipped in reinforced packaging with corner protectors and "Fragile" handling labels.
• Apparel: Shipped in moisture-resistant poly bags inside a branded outer box.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Processing Window: 24 – 48 hours from payment confirmation.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are queued for same-day packing.
• Fulfilment Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding gazetted national holidays).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

• Eligibility Limit: Available for orders up to ₹15,000 total value on COD-enabled PIN codes.
• COD Handling Fee: ₹49 flat fee charged at checkout.
• Orders Above ₹15,000: Mandatory prepaid payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) for security purposes.

6. Order Tracking & Notifications

Every confirmed order receives a unique Order ID (`SDX######`). Real-time tracking links and AWB numbers are sent via SMS and Email immediately upon package pickup.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery (RTO)

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undeliverable. If undelivered, prepaid orders are refunded minus outward shipping fees once returned to our Delhi hub.
