These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SINDROX TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62090DL2025PTC457455, GSTIN: 07ABRCS7108N1ZL), the company that owns and operates the Sindrox Technology brand and sindrox.shop.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Place Order", creating an account, or otherwise transacting on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and transact on this website. If you are below 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at hello@sindrox.shop if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another individual, or register using false information.

4. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on sindrox.shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Our GSTIN is 07ABRCS7108N1ZL (Prefix 07 indicating Delhi registration).
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued electronically with every confirmed order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will pay, provided payment is successfully captured.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the stated price and conditions. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Sindrox Technology Private Limited only when we confirm that your payment has been successfully captured and we send you an order confirmation email containing a unique Order ID (formatted as SDX######).

6. Product Descriptions & Specifications

Sindrox Technology makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, technical specifications, and images are accurate. Measurements stated for peripherals (dimensions, cable length, key travel distance) may vary by up to 5% within standard manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute a defect.

7. Stock and Availability

In rare situations where a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer either a full refund or a comparable substitute. We will never dispatch a substitute product without your explicit written consent.

8. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, genuine stock shortages, pricing technical errors, or undeliverable PIN codes. In all merchant-initiated cancellations, a full 100% refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.

9. Warranty & Product Guarantee

Sindrox Technology products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (12 Months for Keyboards, Mice, Monitors; 30 Days for Apparel) as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on sindrox.shop — including the name "Sindrox", logo, photography, descriptions, and site design — is the exclusive property of Sindrox Technology Private Limited. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

11. User Content

By submitting reviews or setup photos, you grant Sindrox Technology Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to display that content in connection with the Sindrox brand.

12. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, purchase goods for unauthorized commercial resale, submit false reviews, or attempt hacking/scraping activities.

13. Limitation of Liability

Total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sindrox Technology Private Limited and its directors from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, strikes, or major courier infrastructure outages.
